The Real Questions Start to Emerge...

Politics Blog Top Sites

The questions shaping up about the candidates

What are their real positions on the issues? In fact, what do they think are the real issues?

Can Barak deliver the death blow? Is Barak just a good speaker, a nice guy, who will get eaten up by the republicans once the tempo picks up; or will he show a taste for the jugular?

Can Biden calm his temper? Can he stick to the script?

Can Edwards look less slick and more believable?

Can Dodd find his niche? Instead of talking about things that don't seem to be remembered?

Can anyone listen to Kucinich?
He makes a lot of sense...

Will Hillary be able to contain her temper for the next year especially after things heat up? HIllary seems to have embraced the winning qualities of compromise but will she compromise away her character?

Will a new candidate emerge?

Whatever happened to General Clark?

Will Big Al give it a shot or wait on the sidelines til the party comes to him?

Why is it that Richardson seems relaxed and so badly prepared?
The man with some of the best credentials cannot seem to get beyond what he's done and so comes off very dated....

Just a few of the thought provoking questions that came to mind in last night's debate which overall didn't generate much heat or light on the issues.
