Media Planning

The Media at one time played a vital role in serving as a means of "checks" and "balances." But that role has shifted in the growing power of a handful of companies who understand that media power can translate into profits. And none of it has anything to do with satisfying the public's "need to know."

Anybody can go out there and write the truth; but how many media companies can gain access to its esteemed leaders, how many media companies can continue to grow despite FCC regulations that inveigh against tipping the competitive balance; how many media companies can avoid having the government send the IRS after them...

No, the real test is knowing when to keep your place...
just like they used to do in RUSSIA...
